How fast will my order ship?
All orders ship with in 2 to 4 business days excluding weekends and holidays. 

How do you ship?
All orders ship USPS first class unless other form of shipping is selected. We offer Priority and UPS. 

Will I receive tracking?
Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number and insurance. 

Are returns accepted?
Yes, most items can be returned. Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery and items must be in the original/unused condition. Molds are not eligible for return nor are custom made or personalized items.
If you receive a mold  or custom made item that is defective please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work with you to exchange your item.

Tumblers have a 30 day warranty. No questions asked. You are responsible for shipping to and from. 

Do you offer military/first responder discounts?
Yes, please contact us so we can create a personal discount for you. There are some documents we will need.
